We have included delivery on all item in our items, Our first option is door-to-door delivery. However in remote areas or areas where do to door is not available we use collection points deliveries nearest to your place of residence
Collection Points for delivery
If your item is delivered via this method you will be notified. We use, Postnet, Prago , Pep etc selecting the nearest collection point to you adress
When will I get my delivery
Once payment has been received on our side the order is dispatched. I will take between 3-5 days to receive you order depending on your location
How do I track my delivery
Once you order has been dipatched you will received a tracking number for the courier company used to deliver your order.We use diffrent courrier companies depending on location
Can I pay Cash on Collection( C.O.C)
Yes- for certain I tems you can pay Cash on Collection with a Pre-Arrangement done in Edenvale please whatsapp 061 362 4393 for arrangements
Can I pay Cash on Delivery(CO.D)
No at the moment we do no have that facilty
How do I exchange an item
Send an e-mail to returns@buy365.co.za for any wrong sizes or incorrectly supplied products.Any disputes relating to ordered items being short/incorrectly shipped will only be entertained if reported to buy365 within 3 days of delivery/collection
